Below is the information to measure your spiral

 

Outside diameter = Strip x 2 + outside diameter of inner pipe

 

Inside diameter = outside diameter of inner pipe

 

Thickness = measure outside edge of flite (keep in mind that continuous rolled flites tapper down on outer edge)

 

Pitch = is measured from revolution to revolution on a straight line along the inner pipe
